An audit of the organisations food safety and hygiene management is an important part of meeting the expectations of enforcers and stakeholders. The audit is undertaken by competent, qualified and experienced Advisers and is based on the particular requirements of the organisation and can include allergen management, premises or HACCPs elements in the audit.
