This service aims to give solution-focused advice, information and support that is practical, realistic and ensures compliance with health related legislation.
Through OH Direct, we work with our clients as a one-stop-shop for all their employee healthcare and welfare needs or on a project or ad-hoc advisory basis.
We work with Human Resource professionals, Employee Assistance Programme providers, healthcare insurance providers and individuals' health professionals and complimentary practitioners to increase overall productivity by enabling problems such as sickness absenteeism, workplace injuries, back pain, repetitive strain and stress to be tackled effectively.
We work in partnership with our clients and their employees to reduce costs, enhance motivation and morale and raise employee productivity and retention.
