Meet the Team: Matthew Harvey – Customer Support Executive

Why did you want to work for Praxis42?

I wanted to work for a Company who Values reflect my own. A Company who understands the importance of providing excellent Customer Service and puts the Customer at the heart of what they do.

What do you think the future of eLearning holds?

eLearning will continue to grow. More and More training will be done online.

What are your favourite parts of your job?

I enjoy investigating and understanding the issues that may occur and then providing the best resolution.

Most memorable work moment?

Getting (ICS) Institute of Customer Service Accredited in January 2017.

What’s your typical day?

Tea drinker (don’t like coffee). Try and have a healthy breakfast but doesn’t always happen. No pets but had a family Labrador growing up. I enjoy Sports particularly Football and Golf (can’t play either that well). Outside of work I enjoy reading and enjoy sitcoms – must have watched about 30 different sitcoms- Only Fools and Horses being my favourite.

What is you Plan B? (what would you do if you weren’t doing this?)

I would like to own/run a Sports Management company.
