Posted by Tracy Seward
November 4th is the International Stress Management Association’s (ISMA) National Stress Awareness Day. To help raise awareness of stress in the workplace Praxis42 are pleased to offer our Stress Awareness for Managers eLearning course for FREE when purchasing the Stress Awareness for Employees course before the end of November.
You can learn more about National Stress Awareness Day here These courses use the latest guidance from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). It has been reported that on average a case of stress-related ill health leads to 29 working days being lost and in one year a total of 13.4 million working days were lost due to stress, depression or anxiety. In addition, the HSE increasingly expect to see that organisations are managing workplace stress following their guidance.
The training courses will help ensure that managers and employees are aware of their part in helping to manage stress in the workplace and your organisation’s approach to this risk area.
All of our health and safety courses have been developed by qualified health, safety and environment practitioners who have many years of experience in the delivery of training solutions. The result is high-quality eLearning that enables your organisation to meet its health, safety and environment obligations, and its legal compliance requirements, through an engaging and effective learning medium.
As part of the training delivery, there is a learning management system (called the eSP) that records, tracks and reports on course completion and progress.
