Following client feedback and other successful blended programmes, the experts at Praxis42 have been championing a fresh way of completing the Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
Our clients were looking to lower budgets for this training, whilst still carrying out the required regulated qualification for all staff that need it. So spend on travel and accommodation, as well as reducing the time staff spent away from work whilst training was key.
Hence, we have developed a fresh way of achieving the qualification which takes advantage of a blended approach of eLearning and classroom training.

Test your knowledge through exploration, practical and test activities.
Concluded at the end of the 1 day session which gives you the full Ofqual qualification.
The HABC Level 3 Food Safety qualification is designed for managers and supervisors who need a broad understanding of food safety control, and who have responsibility for developing and maintaining a food safety management system. It is recommended that all food environments should have at least one person trained to this level.
The course covers an in-depth understanding of how to apply and monitor good food safety practice. It also ensures that supervisors know how to implement food safety management procedures.

Individuals achieving this qualification can then progress onto any of the Highfield Level 4 Food Safety qualifications, which are ideal for those wishing to progress to management level within a food business.
